The Apostles and Prophets

As gifts to the Church, the Lord gave Apostles and Prophets, to reveal the inspired Word of God, and lay the foundation for the Church. Though their offices have ceased, we reap the benefits of their ministry still today.

Ephesians 4:11 “And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers”
